Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Opened in 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become an important meeting place for the Hungarian Scientology community. The anniversary included a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

During the past decade, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from eu news ireland drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
